Desmond McCaffrey
Desmond McCaffrey writes and sings songs of Americana Gothic; equal parts irony and darkness, hope, joy, and humorous resignation. Since his childhood in rural Vermont, he has played an instrument for as long as he can remember. Ranging from banjo and violin to drums and piano, he now focuses on guitar and vocals. When he is not playing, writing or learning music, he can be found in or around his Connecticut home listening to his daughters carry on the family's musical tradition for yet another generation.
